Assignment: Development and Project Management

Scope:
• Provide development services in connection with the master planning process
• Provide coordination and management of Owner’s design and development consultants
• Assist in the preparation of development and construction schedules and pro formae
• Provide coordination and management of contractor’s pre-construction services

Key Facts:
• Project encompasses approximately 2,000 acres surrounding the Columbia Mall
• Will include a renovation of the Merriweather Post Pavilion
• Will include a variety of mixed-use components
