• Four stories of stick built residential over a transfer slab above retail located at ground level
• Outdoor skating rink located in public courtyard
• Included new streets and other public improvements
Key Facts:
• Approximately 296,000 square feet of retail and more than 500 residential units
• Project features an outdoor ice skating rink that required complex analysis of cooling requirements due to unusual solar and wind loads
