Assignment: Conduct a Property Condition Assessment and prepare a Property Condition Report (in general accordance with the ASTM E 2018-08 Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process)
Scope:
• Provided an overview of the physical condition of the school facility and grounds
• Provided advice and recommendations regarding observed physical deficiencies, maintenance procedures and future capital projects
Key Facts:
• Private K-8 school was originally constructed in 1964 and has undergone multiple expansions and renovations
• Two (2) story facility with 16 classrooms and enrollment of approximately 222 students
