• Construction of Five Mixed-Use Retail and Residential Buildings (four stories of residential above street level retail)
• Construction of four below-grade parking decks
• Construction of Arts and Innovation Center

• A private-public collaboration between ROSS Development & Investment, DANAC Corporation, Federal Realty Investment Trust and the City of Rockville
• More than 45 retailers and restaurants that include Gordon Biersch, Chevy Chase Bank, Cosi, BedHeaders Home, Super Fresh, Lebanese Taverna and Jouvence Aveda Lifestyle Salon and Spa
• Approximately 640 residential units and 180,000 square feet of retail
