Scope:
• Manage design, permitting and construction process for project
• Provide owner QA/QC oversight of project design and construction team
• Provide anchor tenant and smalls shops retail coordination
Key Facts:
• New 56,000 square foot Giant Food; new 31,000 square feet of adjacent in-line small shop retail
• Worked closely with Jefferson Foundation (Monticello) to agree upon architectural design
• Coordinated multiple owner pro-rata cost sharing of large offsite SWM facility
