Scope:
• Ground-up construction of new automobile dealership
• Complete site work and infrastructure
Key Facts:
• Unlike most dealerships, the building design was not dictated by Nissan North America. Instead, it represents collaboration between Fairfax County, Virginia, the Owner, Owner’s Architect and Nissan to design a building that complies with the proffer conditions approved by Fairfax County for the auto park
• The design was so well received by Nissan North America that it became the prototype for subsequent Infiniti dealerships around the country
• The building also serves as the corporate offices for the Owner and is reflected in the Anigré millwork and granite executive bathroom in the CEO’s suite
