Scope:
• Manage design, permitting and construction process for project sitework
• Provide owner QA/QC oversight of project design and construction team
• Provide anchor tenant coordination
Key Facts:
• New 65,000 square foot stand-alone Giant Food
• Maintained operation of existing smaller Giant while new store built/opened immediately adjacent to old store
• Worked closely with local community/businesses to maintain pedestrian and vehicular access
