• Consult on design, permitting and construction process
• Provide QA/QC review/inspections of project design and construction
• Assist with GMP contract negotiation/administration; review draw requests
Key Facts:
• 375,000 square foot perishables distribution center (70 acre site)
• Insulated urethane metal panel wall system (R-32)
• Single ply 45 mil mechanically fastened thermoplastic roof (R-32)
• Shrink compensating concrete floor (Ff 35/ Fl 25)
• Separate 25,000 square foot TMG/Salvage Facility
