• Ground-up construction of grocery store
• Four levels of below-grade parking under store
• Part of larger 412,000 square foot retail and office project
Key Facts:
• Grocery store is a two-level store with stockroom below sales floor
• Close in urban location requires elevator access for patron parking below store
• Bus service was provided to ferry patrons to another Giant Food Store while existing grocery store closed during construction
