Assignment: Provide project and construction management services for the turnkey interior build out for Computer Sciences Corporation ("CSC")
Scope:
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day efforts of general contractor to ensure timely delivery of premises
• Manage Landlord and Tenant relationship as Landlord’s Representative
Key Facts:
• CSC is taking entire building at approximately 138,000 square feet
• Project is schedule to take five (5) months to construct
• Build out includes secure and STC rated facilities
