Assignment: Provide project and construction management services for the repair of a two-story cast-in-place parking structure with a post-tensioned slab
Scope:
• Lead a team of experts retained by Owner to document deficiencies
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day efforts of general contractor to ensure timely delivery of parking structure
Key Facts:
• 40,000 SF of elevated parking deck will be replaced
• Parking Deck must be delivered in a very tight timeframe to meet lease commitments to other tenants
