Assignment: Provided project and construction management services (in cooperation with Development Management Group)
Scope:
• Managed and coordinated the efforts of two separate base building, site and structured parking deck contractors
• Developed and implemented strategic site and building construction phasing plans for more than a dozen separate buildings in order to achieve very aggressive grand opening dates
Key Facts:
• 110 acre site located in the Cummings Research Park comprised of 550,000 square feet of retail development, a 150,000 square foot office building and a 210-room Westin Hotel that includes 74 luxury residences on the upper floors
• Features a ten acre lake with boating and gondola rides
• Additional development will occur in the future bringing the total square footage for the center to 2,000,000
