Assignment: Provide forensic audit services and a "cost to complete" assessment on a partially completed mixed-use project for the benefit of client and its construction lender
Scope:
• Review Applications for Payment, loan draws, drawings, permits, subcontracts and other documents to establish financial position
• Walk building to determine scope of work required to complete and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy
• Retain and manage contractor to complete unfinished work
