Scope:
• Act as Owner's Representative
• Manage design, permitting and construction process for comprehensive renovation of apartments
• Provide owner QA/QC oversight of project design and construction team
• Provide LEED Project Administration services
Key Facts:
• Renovations to 385 luxury residential apartments include new 7'0" suite entry doors, new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, complete marble bathrooms, walk-in glass showers, and a full height glass operable window wall system
• Energy saving and environmentally conscious strategies include installation of implementation of a construction waste management plan, installation of sub-metering equipment, low-flow plumbing fixtures, Energy Star appliances, energy efficient lighting package, recycled materials, and low emitting building materials
• First phase of project registered for LEED certification under LEED 2009 for Commercial Interiors Rating System
• Project includes installation of centralized hot water system designed to save energy and water
