Assignment: Development, Construction and Project Management Services
Scope:
• Act as Owner's Representative
• Manage design, entitlement, bidding, contract negotiation and construction
• Provide lease negotiation services relative to landlord's construction obligations to national anchor tenants
• Provide owner QA/QC oversight of project design, building and site construction and contractor
Key Facts:
• Expansion of existing project will add 105,000 square feet of ground-up retail space including two "big-box" national anchors as well as other smaller national and regional tenants
• Project is scheduled to break ground in Spring, 2011 and turnover to major anchor tenants in Fall, 2011
• Buildings feature four-sided architecture in the character of buildings in Venice, Italy which will include, but not be limited to, clay tile roofs and natural stucco exteriors
