• Analyze developer's "cost to complete" budget and advise client on efficacy
• Review work in place for conformance to contract requirements
• Make recommendation to client for completion of project
• Notify client of defective, deficient or non-conforming work performed by developer
Key Facts:
• When completed, the project will consist of 10 townhouses and 16 condominiums
• Eight (8) townhouses have been partially constructed
