Scope:
• Act as Owner's Representative for turnkey interior fit out of Class A office space
• Manage permitting, bidding, contract negotiation and construction activities for two spaces on a concurrent basis
• Act as interface between tenant, landlord and general contractor
Key Facts:
• Projects are designed to meet LEED requirements for future certification of building as existing tenants turn over
• Scope of work included high end sustainable finishes such as wood flooring milled from reclaimed old-growth trees
• In spite of multiple changes by tenants, project was completed on budget and on schedule
