Williams, P.E., LEED® AP, principals at Advisors, LCC, announced that Advisors, LLC has been retained by the Advisors, LLC has been retained by the owner of The Lansburgh, a historic luxury apartment building located in the Penn Quarter/Gallery Place neighborhood in downtown Washington, DC, to provide LEED Project Administration Services in connection with planned renovations to 385 apartment units, common areas, and utility systems. The first phase of the project has been registered for LEED certification under the LEED 2009 for Commercial Interiors Rating System and the project team is seeking a LEED Silver certification. Advisors, LLC is also acting as the Owner's Representative for the project and is leading the project team in the execution of the project.
