Williams, P.E., LEED® AP, principals at Advisors, LLC, announced that Advisors, LLC has been retained by the owner of The Lansburgh, a historic luxury apartment building located in the Penn Quarter/Gallery Place neighborhood in downtown Washington, DC, to provide development and project management services in connection with planned renovations to 385 apartment units, common areas, utility systems and construction of Class A office space. Registration of the project for LEED certification is tentatively planned. Advisors, LLC will act as the Owner's Representative and lead the project team in the execution of the project.
