Advisors, LLC will provide forensic audit services, manage the preparation of a "cost to complete" estimate and provide construction management oversight services on behalf of the lender in connection with a forbearance agreement. Advisors, LLC will manage the completion of ten (10) townhouses and sixteen (16) condominiums and related design and site work.
