Advisors, LLC has been retained by Faison & Associates, LLC to provide development and project management services on Phase I of its Brandywine Crossing project.

Phase I of Brandywine Crossing will be a 478,000 square foot regional lifestyle shopping center in southern Prince George's County, Maryland. Anchored by Target, Costco and Safeway, the project will also include a 75,000 square foot “Main Street” district. The project is currently in the planning and design stages, with construction slated to start in Fall 2007.
